the start of something new

Life is surely a roller coaster. You hit ups and downs, but the ride is always enjoyable. My ride is about to hit an all time HIGH with an exciting new venture to a far off land...South Africa! Ever since my voyage to the great continent in 2008, I have been praying for God to open up door for my return. That prayer has been answered way sooner than expected or imagine. Starting in February, a small team of 3, plus me, will be headed to Africa to help pioneer Teen Mania's Global Expansion project. We are blessed with the opportunity to partner with Impact Africa to reach the poverty stricken, hurting, most desperate hearts of this beautiful nation through the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. Words cannot begin to describe my excitement. At this point, the only thoughts running through my mind are mixed emotions of my dream come true and the start of something new.
